Professional Highlights:

From the hallways of a 180 bed Skilled Nursing Facility to the collaborative spaces of a 1,400 bed hospital, my career has been driven by a singular goal: to elevate care standards. My roles have varied from Senior Rehabilitation Director overseeing multiple sites to ground-up program development as a Director of Rehabilitation, Clinical Operational Manager, OT Clinical Lead and Occupational Therapist in multiple different settings. Each position has offered me unique challenges and opportunities to implement innovative solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and most importantly, secure exceptional patient outcomes.

Achievements That Matter

• Certified Fall Prevention Specialist and Certified Kinesio Tape Professional: These certifications are not just titles but are reflective of my commitment to provide specialized care and advance in my field.

• Bylaws Committee Chair for the Florida Occupational Therapy Association and selected member for multiple committees of NBCOT: Reflecting my dedication to leadership and professional development within the occupational therapy community.

• Published author and seasoned presenter: From articles in the Florida Occupational Therapy Association Focus Magazine to engaging presentations at a local University, sharing knowledge is paramount.

• Leadership development attendee: Courses in emotional intelligence, succession management, and advanced leadership tools such as MBTI and DISC assessments have been instrumental in honing my transformational leadership style.

When I’m not immersed in my professional roles or contributing to the healthcare community, I cherish educating on subjects I’m passionate about, exploring new destinations, and making memories with my husband and our Labra-Pei, Mia. These personal pursuits reflect my love for continuous learning and the joy of experiencing life’s adventures.
